Copperfield Internal Medicine is a team of professionals that have extensive experience diagnosing and treating adult health problems. We’re also a caring group of doctors that understand the concerns of adults of all ages. We are fully equipped and trained for a range of testing procedures, from routine screenings to EKG’s, bone density screening and pulmonary testing. Our on-site lab ensures that you receive prompt test results. And we are completely capable of treating illnesses ranging from common sinus infections to acute and chronic health disorders.

Because Copperfield Internal Medicine is affiliated with CMC - NorthEast, we have a broad base of medical resources available to us. Should any disorder require a specialist, as your primary care physician, we will help you find a physician that is both competent and compatible with your sensitivities. We have added a second office, which means you don’t have to go out of your way to come in for an appointment. Our main office is located in Concord and our satellite office is in Davidson. And a physician is always on call to assist you. Feel free to drop by anytime to see our facilities and meet our caring staff.

Our Affiliation
As affiliates of CMC - NorthEast, the Copperfield health care team has the support of the hospital’s in-house physicians, commonly referred to as hospitalists. Should you need to be hospitalized, we will team up with these hospitalists - internal and critical care physicians - who will work with us to oversee your care during your stay. Hospitalists are at the medical center at all times to take care of your needs as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Our affiliation with the medical center also means that referrals and information points to specialists and other hospital services are readily accessible to our patients. In addition, as an automatic function of our affiliation, all laboratory results and radiology tests are immediately shared with your primary care physician.

» Kim Foust, MD resignation
It with great sadness we say farewell to Dr. Kim Foust who will be leaving Copperfield Internal Medicine in July. Our staff will assist you in transitioning your care to one another physician within our network. A letter will be mailed to each of her patients with more details at a later date.
