Q. What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?
A. We ask all patients to bring in their medications (bottles preferred), current insurance card, and their copay amount. Patients who are self-pay can call (704) 403-2200 to get an estimated amount of their bill.

Q. Can I pay my past due balance at my appointment?
A. Yes, patients can make payments at our Copperfield location for any past due office visits. Payments can be made in cash, check, or with a major credit card.

Q. How early do I need to arrive for my appointment?
A. We asked patients to come in at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time for registration. Patients who are scheduled for Physicals and New Patient Appointments should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their appointment time.

If you are to have a lab appointment prior to your office visit, you should arrive 45 minutes prior to your lab appointment time. If you have further questions as to your arrival time, please call our office at (704) 403 - 2200.
